This is a "submit only" service that promises to register
your site to thousands of search engines each month.
There are less than 20 real search engines in the
United States that generate any significant traffic.
Often these other 3480 engines capture your E-mail
address as a potential Spam candidate. Not only that
but these services could actually reduce your ranking
of optimized pages because the real search engines
detect and reject web sites submitted in this format.
Pay-Per-Click Method - This is a method that could
generate significant traffic on your site. Basically you
bid for a position using a set of keywords. The highest
bidder gets the top spot. You are charged a fee each
time a visitor clicks through to your site. Depending
upon your product, how much gross profit you can
make, what your conversion of click to buyer ratio is,
you may be able to turn a profit. It is not necessarily a
long-term solution.
Internet Protocol (IP) Cloaking - This is a technical
trick to deliver different web pages from the same web
address, dependent on whether or not one on your site

keywords, synonyms, and variants. Based upon these
items they are then submitted to the top search
engines. Some require a fee to have your site
personally reviewed and ranked. Then a number of
extra-optimized pages are created and some trade
secrets are implemented. This is a longer-term solution.
Hilltop Method - This takes the Search Engine
Optimization one step further by building a network of
sites. You have one expert site and then defined
niche sites that relate to the expert site.
